You can add Ruffled Eyelet Lace to Skirt & Dress Hems.  This is a 2 in. wide lace in white.  It adds 2 in. length to your garment.  The price goes up for larger sizes.

For Patchwork Skirts, choose Tiered or Full hem option for the size you need.  Not recommend to add to skirts which have fabric ruffles already.
